Bus leads investors to cheap SW Fla. houses

Iowa’s foreclosure rate increases

Iowa ranked 14th in the nation for its foreclosure rate in last year’s fourth quarter as defaults across the country hit a record high, a new Mortgage Bankers Association report shows.
